For recruiting we hold your email, first name, chosen platforms, and any feedback you send. Nothing more.
Diagnostics & screenshots are captured only if you opt in — a separate box, never pre-ticked.
EU-hosted and GDPR-built. View, export, or delete everything yourself, anytime — no support ticket needed.
Beta builds are pre-release under a light NDA — please keep screenshots off public feeds until launch.

What is Away Team?

A collaborative trip-planning app. Build a shared day-by-day itinerary with your travel group — timeline, checklist, polls, comments, maps, and weather — that syncs in real time across everyone's devices and works offline.

Do I need a trip planned to test it?

It's the best way, but not required. A real upcoming trip with real people surfaces the most useful bugs. No trip on the horizon? You can still plan a hypothetical one and kick the tires.

Can I invite friends to test with me?

Collaboration is the heart of Away Team, so yes — ask them to sign up here too and we'll try to place your group in the same wave. Real multi-person trips are exactly what we want to test.

Which devices can I test on?

iPhone and iPad (via TestFlight), Android (via Play or Firebase), and the installable web app on any browser. Pick your platforms at sign-up and we'll match you to the right waves.

What do you do with my data?

For recruiting we keep your email, name, chosen platforms, and any feedback — hosted in the EU, built to GDPR. Screenshots/diagnostics only if you opt in. You can view, export, or delete everything yourself anytime.

Does it cost anything?

No. Testing is free.
